The rooms aren’t that nice but they aren’t garbage either. The staff is friendly enough but management is rude. I requested a non smoking room and was put I a room right next to the check I desk and accused of smoking. I paid $100 for something I didn’t do. They had no proof and never said anything g during my stay. They charged me the $100 dollar fee 3 days AFTER I checked out. I wouldn’t ever do business with them again. There are nice hotels for the price they are charging

Breakfast was ok, ended early at 9. Maid staff never cleaned. There were bugs in our room the whole time. When the maids set off the fire alarm at 3am, the night manager was mad that I so rudely interrupted her doing nothing to ask if were in danger. Rooms had an odd smell, like a musty moist smell, like they tried to clean the carpets but left the water. There are cobwebs in the room. I tried to submit photos of this but google won’t let me post.

After multiple complaints about bugs the night staff, refused to do anything about the issues and refused to talk with me. The night attendant told me that there was nothing he could do, he said that there was not a single room to switch to; when I called the corporate they said that there was in fact rooms. He flat out lied.

Outdated and the rugs are gross!! The rooms are great in size but they seemed to have some plumbing problems since my uncle who was the room next to me could smell mold/mildew and after using the toilet once it broke so it was safe to assume the toilet had overflowed many times and the mildew smell was from the rug getting wet and not properly cleaned! The vanity was new and nice but other than than this place needs to be remodeled!

Would not recommend staying there. The room we stayed in had roaches. Showers do not stay hot long enough for more than one person to take a shower. The staff was friendly though so I guess that’s a plus.
