We are halfway through our stay and this hotel has been the best. The front desk lady named Roxanne has been the nicest and most helpful person. Give this lady a raise! Our room was clean and had just enough space for our 6 month old. We will definitely be staying here again in the fall.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is fairly good, and coffee is tasty. Staff are all friendly and accommodating. Laundry facilities are not great; only one of three washers was working while we were there. This mattered to us as our family of four lived in a hotel room for a couple weeks due to delay in home closing; it might not matter much to most.

Clean, comfortable and friendly. Breakfast not very good not enough variety. Our room as very dark, even with all the lights on. No fan inthe bathroom. But overall iI would stay here again.

Great location and breakfast, however, the service and management aren't up to par.

Although the hotel needs a major overhaul...it is definitely worth the money to stay. Extremely dog friendly and internet was fast. A great location, close to where we needed to be and easy access to the main road(Alcoa Hwy). There are 3 restaurants within a very short walk(across the road) and the staff was very nice.
