Wouldn't even waste the time and money with this place. Filled out an application and paid the 80$ just to have the lady (Kim I think) ignore me and not call me back. A simple call is all it takes. Very unprofessional to just take someone's money without explanation

Very quiet, management leaves you alone as long as you abide by the rules and regulations that you agreed upon when either renting or just renting a lot. I do feel lot rent is too high for services offered and many other owners feel the same. Overall though you can't find a nicer park
in this area.

This place used to be a decent place to live in and be a part of. But now..... I wouldn't live in this place again until that snarling, hateful, big headed woman on her super high horse and power trip in the little blueish Toyota in the office that "Manages" the place is long out of there. So, a word of advice..... Unless you are as clean and tidy as Danny Tanner (with a smaller family) all the time, you are on time (EVERY TIME) with your bills, you only have a MAX of 3 vehicles in your household at all times, you can keep up with all grounds and maintenance to the place at all times, and you can deal with a nag of a "Landlord/Park Manager/Rent-a-Cop/Wannabe U.S. Marshall"........ I would highly suggest looking elsewhere.

My mother, whom I have power of attorney for is a resident in this community and since the recent ownership has been transferred the way she has been treated is sickening. She is 82 years old and has lived in this community for several years and  she recently  a heart attack and has had to stay with me for her recovery time. But, during this time she has paid every lot payment on time and we have kept the yard up. We do go by every other day to check the property. 
There has been trees cut down that I am almost certain that  are in in her parcel of land that is rented, I will check the contract and I will also check with register  of deeds to verify, never the less, we was not informed about this taken place. 
Now they send her a letter requiring $600.00 worth of changes to be made to her trailer that she owns (or they will do and charge her for)  while the other trailers in the community look much worse and I have pictures to show this. I feel the new management is mistreating my mother who is handicapped and in no shape to deal with the stress they have caused her. Like I said she just had a heart attack and WOW what a way to be treated to cause her even more stress.) Not to mention the recent evacuation that has taken place. I'm sure they will try to make her move after my post but they best think again. I am a reporter and have been for over 20 years and I will make every effort to insure my mother is not mistreated by anyone.  I  know for a fact  some of the other renters have many more issues that are way worse than a porch that "needs to painted and repaired (the porch was put up by a professional and they want all the blinds changed throughout the house." I mean really? You really treat a 10 year resident of this community  and is  is 82 years old and recovering from a massive heart attack  like this. She  has been a great renter with perfect history. 
I sure hope they have distributed these "required" updates to fellow renters because this is not a "upper class" development by no means! There is properties there that have pit bulls roaming around, trash around their trailers, etc.. just take a drive through there along with the green pond with stocked fish!!! 
Yes, I will be moving my mother out of here as soon as possible but not before I expose the condition she is in after being treated the way she has.
