Bought a fixer upper for my daughter. Haven't even begun repairs and it's been vandalized twice. At first glance when you drive through it appears to be clean but that's mostly because it's a ghost town. Shouldn't get to dirty with no one living there. Probably going to scrap the trailer and get her in done here else. If we haven't even started repairs and someone is messing with it I'm certainly not going to loose any more money to the morons that can't keep their hands off other people's stuff. 
Just have to take this one on the chin, cut my losses, and count it as a learning experience

This place used to be a dump but New Management has really turned it around and is moving in a lot of nice homes. great place to raise a family
