This was our first time at this Holiday inn in St Louis,and it turned out being a nice visit.The staff was friendly which helped create a nice atmosphere. The rooms were clean and quiet, and we stayed in a family suite which turned out better for us for staying a couple days with the extra room. The breakfast supplied at this hotel was very good with a good selection of hot and cold items. We never got to the pool ,but would of appreciated a hot tub at this location instead. There was a combo jacuzzi tub/shower in our room ,but it was a bit small and the stopper for the drain wasn't functioning properly. This location was a bit farther out from local attractions , but we would choose it again if we are in the area.

Staying at this property was excellent to our needs. We were traveling on our way to Baltimore and made a stop here. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. Parking is easily available especially for larger vehicles and vehicles with trailers. The room was clean, however the only downfall to the room, was thin walls so you can hear someone watching TV if they are watching it at an unreasonable volume. Other than that, great stay.

Our stay has been more than pleasant. The indoor pool is nice. The breakfast area is really accessible. Their laundry room is in good working order. The location is really close to a lot of shopping and it's near the highway so you can get moving quickly. The staff at the front desk, especially Kevin were extra helpful when our child fell ill. We will definitely consider this hotel for future stays.

The WiFi is terrible here. We have tried multiple times on multiple devices and it switches from barely and slowly working to not working at all. I switched to mobile data to do this review it was so poor. This is inexcusable these days. Other than that significant issue, the hotel seems newish and breakfast was good. The pool is smaller but clean and nice. All in all it’s a typical Holiday Inn Express experience but the data issue was a real problem for us and we will go elsewhere next time.

This hotel is starting to age but trying very hard to stay updated. Their bar staff could use some training during the day. The front desk kept giving us room keys that didn't work. Maintenance had to let us into our room twice... rooms are kept clean though and the pillows are comfy.
