Marc is an experienced attorney, he helped me with a friend's case and he received a good outcome than expected and his charges was very reasonable. I high recommend him to everyone! We were really satisfied with him!!

Horrible experience! He represented me in my divorce and couldn't finalize it.Him and his staff are really bad in returning phone calls and filing your paperwork on time. They suck all your money and charge you for every single thing and never do anything for you. When you pay him off him and his staff ignore you and your phone calls. He takes forever doing his job and until this day he is not done with my case and still waiting for him to submit some papers to the court since 2 months ago. Don't hire him, he's such a rip-off.

I'll be the first to admit, I don't like dealing with attorneys. And it was even worse this time because I needed one to help me with my bankruptcy. I began searching for a bankruptcy attorney North County San Diego and met with three before making my decision. My wife and I both felt the same way after our meeting with Marc Duxbury at County Law Center in Carlsbad, San Diego. Marc gave it to us straight, saying the process isn't a fun one but it can be done. He let us know exactly what we would encounter. But, he also stated, in a very believable way, that he and his staff would be with us all the way. It's behind us now, and I can say Marc has restored my faith in attorneys.

I would never dream I would one day need to get a restraining order. I'm a man, I should be able to handle my relationships with women, right? Well, not necessarily, when you're dealing with a personal with severe emotional and anger management problems. I found I needed a family law attorney who really understood. My minister personally introduced me to Marc Duxbury and he explained to me how common but untalked about this situation is for men. I not only appreciated his help in getting the order in place but also his emotional support.
