My parents hired Samin for a 25 year old Alimony Only support matter. Eight(8) months and nearly $30K later, they have come to the sad reality this firm lacks the expertise, empathy, and urgency needed. If you require any of these go elsewhere! The web site and key words may land you here, but do your homework and find another firm who has your interest at heart. Contrary Ms. Beringer's statements, my parents were NEVER verbally abusive. Rather they simply asked via EMAIL repeatedly that the material information they paid for be provided after 6+ months. To their dismay, they realized even a simple subpoena was not properly handled. Ms. Beringer was NOT engaged and not helpful. She let her EGO get in the way of helping her clients who were paying her a lot to do a job that was simply not done!

From the beginning Samin and her team made my experience extremely pleasant (even when it came to unpleasant situations). Everyone there is so understanding! Unlike other law firms, you're not passed back and forth. Samin Beringer really gave my case her 100%.

It's difficult to put into words exactly how grateful I was to have Samin in my corner during the custody and divorce determinations in my case. Samin is so smart, and sharp in the courtroom. She also has a fantastic ability to negotiate and gets results when this skillset is required. There were so many occassions when I had questions about what the likely outcome might be, what legal rights I could really take a stand on, and how the local judge or opposing attorney was like with certain issues. Samin gave me expert guidance on all of my questions, but was also upfront about things in a way that didn't create false hope or end in me spending a lot of time and money pursuing a lost cause. She was responsive when there were issues outside of the courtroom and, on many occassions, gave me the advice I needed to confidently address these issues. There was always someone there to help me, even when she was on maternity leave at one point. Her associates and paralegals were so sharp. She made sure I always knew who to contact if I needed help, though she was almost always available and attentive herself. So professional. My kids are now safe because of Samin. She was able to quickly take steps to ensure that. I'm a father with almost 90 percent custody right now because of Samin. I started out with less than half. It was certainly a process, but I'm 100 percent sure that my kids and I would not be in the position we are in today without Samin's office and the expert guidance I recieved from it.

Ok. I’m nothing short amazed from the performance of Samin and her wonderful team. Samin came HIGHLY recommended from my longtime good friend. Oh by the way...that friend is also sitting at home with his children at pretty much 99% custody. YES!! Go Samin! She PICKED ME UP and wiped the dust off for me (figuratively) from the lowest and most depressing time of my life which was with no custody and in fact much more restrictive custody than most I’ve ever encountered. I basically had supervised visits with my babies. The cards were completely stacked against me with regards to my custody situation. I did my research as to what my odds in winning any custody back were and I was not looking good at all and in fact, to me, seemed to be an almost impossible uphill battle. Regardless of the many facts in my favorand Samin got me everything I wanted and especially my kids needed. I’m simply at a loss of words for how AMAZING this team really is and how comfortable they made me in a most anxious time in my life. I wouldn’t even ponder or think of looking elsewhere for representation.
