Bad customer service. Machine broke down while clothes were in it. Clothes were soaking wet. The afternoon attendant was not helpful and made a scene in front of everyone instead of being helpful. Had to pay for an extra load of laundry to rewash my clothes which isn’t fair since I paid for a load and had to rewash it.

I only come here because the other two are across town. I think it's ridiculous that the wash prices are the same as the others but they don't offer free dry. The mat is small and not very welcoming but it's a laundry mat. I guess they picked a decent area

I always drop my laundry off to be washed. It's just convenient for my family. The laundry is never finished by the time promised! When I ask the laundry attendant to make sure that shirts are hung up (makes it easier on them) they never do. I am paying extra money for my laundry to be done the right way! Sometimes, the attendants will talk on their cell phones while they are taking your information. Most of the attendants are extremely rude. The best thing I can say about this place is that the laundry is clean... other than that, this place is horrible.
