Got a crown yesterday. I actually love coming to this dentist. From the initial injection to the end result..No pain. He's good. The dental hygenists are good there to. And they manufactured my crown onsite. I go here at least 2x a year for cleanings...Worth the $50 to have clean teeth.

I dumped my dentist because of poor customer service and was referred to this dentist. I'm so happy that I made the change to Galleria Family Dental.  Friendly staff, Leslie the hygienist was great . AND-- Of course the dentist was professional and gentle with my daughter ,who needed a tooth extracted ! Can't say enough ...

I’d go lower than a star if possible. Staff at reception are the rudest women I’ve ever encountered. Acted as if I bothered them when I got there at 950 for a 10am appointment and talked down to me like I was a child, I’m 29. Walked out instantly. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. Learn some customer service and manners.

I was sent several email and text reminders of my appointment, with the temporary address. I was greeted by name as I walked in the door and was promptly escorted to get my teeth x-rayed and cleaned. The hygienist asked about my medical history, very thorough. She was very pleasant, despite the fact I had neglected my teeth. Great place.

From check-in to x-rays to cleaning, staff was friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate to my previous bad experiences. My 4 yr old and 7 yr old had their cleanings done at the same time as mine and it was so low stress! I expected to be in with each of them and it to take forever, but instead it was efficient and they instilled confidence in my kids that a dental exam/cleaning is no big deal. So thrilled with our awesome experience!
