The Courtyard by Marriott has joined the new corporate development hub in SCANA’s Otarre Point Development located at the I-77/I-26 intersection. The property is positioned not only near to SCANA’s corporate headquarters, but also the Amazon distribution center, Nephron Pharmaceuticals headquarters and adjacent to the award winning Cayce Tennis and Fitness Center. SCANA Corporation owns a majority of the land, and is currently working on securing new development for the area. This property features 100 rooms, a Bistro with a full service bar, 636 square feet of meeting space, a fitness room, a business center, a market pantry, guest laundry room, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit and pool. Raines Hospitality, an award winning Hospitality Management Company, based in Florence, South Carolina, manages the hotel.
