Spent the weekend there while in town for our daughters graduation. Location was perfect, area is quiet at night even though it's fairly close to the Interstate. Drew checked us in and he was extremely helpful courteous and friendly. The hotel was very clean, our King bed room was clean and comfortable and we there was ample parking near our room. Amber at the bar/breakfast counter was wonderful as well. Both Drew and Amber went above and beyond in there professional service to us during our stay, would certainly stay there again.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around... Spent the weekend there while in town for our daughters graduation. Location was perfect, area is quiet at night even though it's fairly close to the Interstate. Drew checked us in and he was extremely helpful courteous and friendly. The hotel was very clean, our King bed room was clean and comfortable and we there was ample parking near our room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! My daughter stayed at this hotel and her money was stolen from her wallet, another girl staying in her room also had money stolen and another person staying had their cell phone stolen. When management was approached, they informed my daughter's group that nothing could be done about it. How about we do more thorough background checks and you can fire the untrustworthy people you have working for you. If I didn't have to leave a star I could promise you I wouldn't. You'd better believe we will get the items you have stolen from us and we will ensure everyone that stays here knows the shady establishment you are running. We will ensure all entities that utilize your hotel will be informed that your place of business is not somewhere they should promote or be tied to.

First, they overbooked, so they didn't have a room for us. We reserved a suite months in advance of our vacation because we have five people. They gave us a good rate on a queen room, but our son had to stay with family because they had no rollaways either! They don't have free breakfast, but we knew that. You can hear the trains go by and the traffic. It didn't bother us, but it might bother some. We had a first floor courtyard view, which was nice. Beds were relatively comfortable. Vanity is separate from bathroom, which is nice, but it's small.

Excellent staff and customer service; rooms were comfortable and clean. Comfy outdoor space. Other amenities looked nice (pool, gym) but was not here long enough to utilize. Not much right around the hotel, but lots of shops and restaurants a short drive away.
