Nice hotel in good area, walking distance from museums, restaurants and attractions. Confused and useless Valet parking attendants. I arrived 1h before check in and they were unable to give me a room, I had to wait for one hour, while at the lobby I saw 3 people checking in just 15 minutes later...?! Rooms are spacious and nicely remodeled but remodel is still in progress, that means disturbing drilling sounds from early morning, also I could feel some vibration in my room randomly at all times, woke me up twice at night and felt it again in the morning. I complained at check out and they complimented the parking which was very nice but doesn't solve the problem. So if you stay here insist on a high floor with street view and away from the elevators.

I stayed for an event held by my company. Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The rooms were nice, accompanied by equally as nice room service. The conference room provided more than enough room for the amount of people we had. During the conference, breakfast, snack, and lunch we're all provided by the hotel, and was carried out nicely.

The Warwick is off of Grant Street downtown and has great customer service. They currently are under some amazing renovations but have not let that stop them from keeping the hotel well ran. My fiancé and I popped in for information about having a wedding here and were helped fairly quickly. The woman who helped us was very accommodating and they have great package options. To top that off, their restaurant, Randolph's is gorgeous with a warm atmosphere.

We stayed at the Warwick hotel in February for our anniversary and had a wonderful weekend. The front desk staff were all very helpful and we especially appreciated the valet Jonas. He had great recommendations for restaurants and places to go in the area. We were very disappointed that the rooftop pool was closed that weekend for unexpected repairs, but the staff helped connect us with the historic Twentieth Street gym and pool, and were helpful and accommodating in many ways to make up for the closed pool. We loved our room and the view over the uptown area. We also requested the bike rental program (it was a very nice day for early Feb.) and the staff were very obliging to get them out of storage for us and we had a lovely ride. Thank you, Warwick, for a great anniversary getaway!

Would recommend. Spacious rooms, roof top pool on 15th floor. Everything seemed very clean and staff was attentive. The balconies are large but have outdoor carpeting that absorbs water and gets dirty. Additionally, sitting on the balcony requires you to listen to a lot Motown from the restaurant on the ground floor.
