I will never book with this hotel ever again. I stayed here back in early May, had issues checking in saying they had no record of my payment. Then when they called "Corporate" or who ever they called, They told me everything was fine and I was given my key and able to go to my room. Then upon checking out, I ran into the same issue. I kindly explained to the lady at the desk that I had this same issue and she said she would call whoever they called the day before and she then told me everything was taken care of and that I was good to go to checkout. I checked out and went on my way. Almost TWO months later, I am randomly charged again for the room. I called the hotel itself and the lady I spoke to was very rude. When I knew I wouldn't get anywhere with them I called Ramada's Customer support line. The first gentlemen I spoke to was extremely helpful. He said that if the hotel itself did not solve the issue within a week, they would step in. This was on a Tuesday. On Friday, I called again because I had not heard from anyone. The second lady I spoke to was nice but said there was nothing they could do because they did not have access to billing. And she said because this was a valid charge for the room, there was nothing anyone could do. I would have understood if the first payment hadn't gone through or something, and someone had called me giving me a heads up that they were going to try again. But again, I was told TWICE that payment was taken care of. No hotel is going to let you check in and check-out without paying for the room. Or at least so I thought. It is just a little fishy that I was told two times that payment was taken care of and that I was good to go and now the first charge is mysteriously gone from my bank account, so they now can charge me again without a phone call or even an email, TWO months later. This experience would have been completely different and I would have been a lot more understanding if I was given a phone call or even alerted that a payment didn't go through. Which they would have known a lot sooner after I checked out than two months down the road. Poor customer service, poor guest service, Never booking again.Ever.

Hallways smelled like marijuana, room wasn't bad, but the hotel and staff were definitely not as nice as I'd hoped they'd be. I forgot a folder of pictures from the downtown aquarium (40$) in my room when I left, and called once I got home (same day) and got told to call the next day around 8am. So I did, and then got the runaround again and told I would get a call back. Still have not heard from them, and it's been a week. On top of that, you would think that if you book ahead of time, your parking would be included in the cost of the stay. Nope. I got charged 20$ after checking out (was there four days). Will never stay there again; this hotel is definitely not up to Ramada standards.

Run down, cheap, rooms, parking lot, look filthy, old, dark lobby and breakfast area, not a great atmosphere, great garden/pool area in the process of landscaping surrounded by building, overall, doesn't appear welcoming.. Needs remodeling on the inside of bldg, not the garden. Close to cool bakeries in Dwntwn. Has a restaurant/bar, looks okay. Can't access to back parking lot. Phone in room not working, has mini fridge and mini microwave. Breakfast is same everyday of very HARD boiled eggs, watery oatmeal, old bananas, no decaf coffee, Good waffle maker - everything self serve by tickets given only, mini bagels, choc donuts, breads to toast, juices, just a place to sleep for us. We eat out mostly. Not coming back.

The staff is excellent. Scott particularly took care of us. One of the better experiences I've had. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. Obviously for the price it's not the Ritz but for the money you can't beat it. The loss of a star is for the crazy amount of people partying in the hotel.
