Brand new hotel. Looks amazing and clean! Huge showers and rooms are nice size and comfy beds. Well worth the price. No continental breakfast though :( but the breakfast and dinner looks amazing!

Nice new hotel. Waited 10 mins to check in..not given a Platinum upgrade. Water not very hot in shower, and the poor design of the shower with the half glass door makes water get all over. Edgar the bartender is awesome.as.are drinks. Breakfast was mediocre at best. It is new, they have kinks to work out. Room was comfy but you can hear highway noise. All in all, I'll return and hope the little issues go away.

Just opened so everything was new and shiny. We were greeted and treated well. Lovely place..local to what we needed.

I'll agree with other reviews, the hotel and rooms are very nice, clean, and new. However, after staying 15 days I found the staff to be very unprofessional and at times incompetent. Every morning there is a beat up car at the front door entrance, employees sleep in the car or hang out front smoking cigarettes. Not a big deal, but they don't have coffee brewed early in the morning or the cafe opens behind schedule. Thank gooddness there's a Dunkin Dounuts across the street that opens at 5 am. Every 3-4 days my room keys would deactivate so I would have to wait in line at the front desk to get them reactivated. After a 15 day stay I went to checkout. I asked for my room bill and was given a bill for only $9. They had been charging my credit $300 every few days. I asked for a copy of my room charges and was told they could not give them to me. So I left with no idea what all my credit card charges were for. I went on line after I left only to find out they never checked me out of my room so I had to do that online. Very nice Courtyard, staff needs training.

My family and I are here from Charlotte, NC and I love the stay. Awesome customer service and great rooms. I will definitely stay again.
