Our stay started off on the wrong foot but the staff made up for it! The front desk clerk did her best to accommodate me and my friends! We had to move 3 times because of minor things but she was right there to help us out! Which we greatly appreciated! The staff are really friendly and don't mind answering your questions! I give the hotel a 3 because it's outdated but they tried to do some upgrading but the staff gets 5 stars! And one last tid bit the area is quiet but has everything you need in the area! Oh yea pull your sheets back!!

We prepaid for our room prior to arrival and the hotel was still not ready for us. Our rooms were not cleaned before and throughout our stay and the fridge was not working. The outside portion of the property looks really nice and attractive, but there is a slight contrast when you are enroute to your room, this also includes the rooms. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with some nice places to eat. We decided to walk to the Philly Diner that is open 24 hours with a live band. To close out my review I believe the hotel was understaffed but if this is the case, I hope that things will improve soon since there are quite a few things that need attention.

The rooms are nice and comfort. But the bathrooms could use some upgrading, along with the rooms appliances. The biggest issue at this place is apparent upon checking in.. This place has six floors, with elevators that aren't working... None of them. This is a huge issue whether you're young or old. It's not the most pleasant visual walking to the end of the hallway, then walking up what looks like an emergency stairwell. There's no cameras there, and dimly lit... But once the elevators get fixed (all of them), this is and would be a place well worth staying.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! FYI for handicap guests it would be very difficult to get in the bed. Very high off the ground. We are staying here for the second time in 2 years. Our 1st experience in 2016 was nice the only complaint I had was we waited an hour to get in our room because they were busy. This year is horrible. We're on our 1st night of four so we are not happy at all. Negatives: We waited 1.5 hours to get our room. Check in is at 3pm. We arrived at 330pm and didn't get in our room until 5pm. The staff said they didn't have enough people to clean. 5 different parties shared our experience as well. Our non smoking room reeks of smoke Our fridge is broken and no one has time to repair it Lights in the room are burned out without repair but that's not a huge deal. Stains on sheets upon arrival to our, "clean" room. No signs to clean bed or do not disturb. The staff told us before our stay the pool is working fine, but upon arrival they said it is broke and no one knows when it will be fixed. The elevator runs very slow and rough like it's going to break.....the other elevator is broke and no one knows when it will be fixed. Lastly, the breakfast this morning was completely disgusting. That's putting it nicely. Staff stood there with the room completely trashed cooking waffles for what seemed to be a guest staying here that was also a friend. The guest was yelling her business very loudly and her children were spilling syrup and cereal all over the places. My wife and I stood in line for 20 min. To then find no food left for breakfast. This was around 9am. Breakfast closes at 1030am. We decided to leave and go pay to have something to eat later. The positives: They comped our 1st night for the wait of the room. Staff seemed honestly sorry for our experience. If your thinking of staying here, please don't the money you'll save will only haunt you through frustration. This hotel seems to be going down hill fast.

I give it One Star because I can't rate this place any lower...... THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN....!!!!!! When I first arrived the elevators weren't working, and I was told that I should use my cell phone to call down to the desk to request that someone send the elevator up to my floor. Upon entering the room I found that there was no longer any phone in the room, and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk (using my cell phone). Front desk staff didn't seem to know anything about when or if the elevator was going to be fixed or about the rooms having no phone - nor did they seem to care. The stairwells were all marked as Emergency Exits which would set off an alarm if the doors were opened (though this was NOT the case at all). They claimed the elevator was fixed - and yet the morning I left (2 days later) at 5:00 AM -- I waited 10 minutes for an elevator that never came...... During one of my mornings I was informed that "in room service" was only offered from 9 to 10:00 AM (Are you kidding me????) I've stayed at this location many times in the past as it is very convenient to my NJ destination -- It has been going "downhill" for some time now, well it has now arrived at the very "BOTTOM"...!!!!!!! I THINK IT ALSO A "SAFETY HAZARD" - ESPECIALLY TO ANYONE WITH A DISABILITY...... SO BEWARE......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even called L Q - Customer Service to request assistance and was told they would locate another hotel for me right away -- I NEVER HEARD A PEEP OUT OF THEM........(but I did get an email stating that they were looking into my claim -- thank you so very much!!!!!!!!!!). I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS DUMP AGAIN.......
