My husband and I just stayed there last night for one night. When we arrived the guy working at the desk was friendly and told us where everything was located at in the hotel.  I was very impressed they asked if we wanted to be on main floor or second floor. They were very quick at delivering the extra towels that we had asked for. The hotel was clean and very welcoming. I will definitely look into staying here again and would recommend it to other people.

Exceptional hotel and staff. Meeting rooms are good and the guest rooms are very comfy and definitely kept clean. Nice pool and spa area. Very inviting bistro and cozy lounging areas. Easy access to the freeway. Close proximity to the mall, various dining locations and movie theatre.

Short overnight stay to fully rest after working over 80 hours this week. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and Marlene was great! Computers had a issue printing my documents but Marlene printed my documents at the front desk because guest computers were having issues. Ordered a muffin from the bistro for a snack and they had my favorite beverage Pepsi Max so all was well. Heat in the room worked well and after working all night I actually appreciated the late check out! The darkening curtains in the room makes days turn to night instantly.

Great hotel with wonderful customer service.   From the front desk easy accommodating checkin, the night Manager Scott actually walked me to my room helping me with my bags. The extra effort is so appreciated.and if you think the food downstairs is regular hotel food, you'd be wrong. It was delicious.  Definitely recommend you try it.

Great staff ready to greet new customers. Clean bed sheets on a daily basis. Nice smelling shampoo. Super convenient location.
