Clean but needs some serious remodeling, furnishings and decor seem mid 1980s. Location is close to the freeway and not far from shopping and a few restaurants, but not really walking distance. Staff slow to come to the front desk to waiting customers, we saw this on many occasions. Once there they are helpful and courteous.

I really feel very comfortable.... The kitchen is very helpful -if you prefer self cooking. Also the supermarket, big retail are very nearby - even walkable distance. I always prefer ESA during all my business trips to Novi Detroit

The room was clean and the bed was excellent. Getting ahold of the front desk is impossible. There are hardly any toiletries in the bathroom so bring all your own shampoo and soap etc.. The breakfast bar is just granola bars and juice. I guess there really isn't such a thing as a free breakfast. And there is a nice little kitchen but nothing in it, not even a coffee maker. You can order it but again good luck getting ahold of the front desk.

Adequate, Very clean, safe, well kept but a "blah" experience. Room was spartan, poorly decorated, institutional feeling. Not a warm, welcoming place.
