It is ok. Courtyard Hotels historically catered to the business traveler. This does, yet misses some simple amenities such as... a newspaper, personal mouthwash in the room. These are "little touches" that made Marriott Courtyard stand out. Meanwhile there is a modern business center and theater area as well as Starbucks and a small restaurant

Mediocre in almost every way. Terrible location, very confusing traffic patterns. No walking-distance restaurants and in-house food is edible only as a last resort. Dated rooms. My room smelled like sweaty socks. Found hairs in the shower, yuck. Fitness room more like a fitness closet. Employees not very happy, minimally helpful. Only nice part was the functional screened door opening to a balcony.

Carpet was stained, but the rest of the room was clean. I liked that it had a bed and a couch. The king size didn't seem as big as other kings from other hotels I've stayed at. It was nice to have a cafe in the hotel to get quick meals and coffee.

We had a wonderful day everything was lovely I want to especially thank the two women who in charge of cleaning the second floor they were a great help to us when the elevator went out and I would have never made it down the steps if I'd had to carry our luggage as well. Are only two complaints that there's not enough lighting around the bathroom mirror to be able to make sure your makeups good or to shave the other one is is there some way you can soften up the towels the washcloths and the towels felt like I was taking the skin off of my body.

No microwave in the room, the mini fridge in the room is so small. Location is not that good if you're planning to go to Manhattan, yes there is train station close to hotel but the train costs $10.50 for one person to Hoboken. So if you're 2 people it will cost $42+4+11: $57 to go to Manhattan. $57 . No breakfast. The good things about hotel: There is a grocery store nearby, and gas station. Rooms are clean and organized. (I stayed there 5 nights) Do not recommend if you're planning to stay here more than 2 nights.
