I have been going to this gym for almost two years. I know the owner personally and he always gives me a great deal. The only thing I don't like is that the equipment is kind of outdated. I know it's a small gym which I like because it's more personal to me and I love that it's open 24/7. Also, I am requesting that you please keep up with the antibacterial wipes and sanitizer by the front door. I notice a lot that there are no wipes and the hand sanitizer is constantly empty. I've seen people not wipe down the equipment after using it. And I personally wipe it down before and after because gross.

Tried to sign up for the 30 day trial, but the website returned an error that my email address was already in the system (caused by the website). Customer service wasn't helpful and told me that I MIGHT be able to get some kind of pass if I show up in person. Probably some kind of ploy to get me in front of a sales person....too bad.

VERY high visitor fees. Was visiting from out of town for a night and wanted to get a quick workout in. Asked what the cost would be to work out and was told $25 for the week (not a bad deal) or $20 for the day! Checked it out ahead of time and a small place but had the essentials. For it's size and what I was looking for a $20 fee is really high. Most clubs with extensive workout and cardio equipment, steam room and pool will get $20. For what this place offers $10 would be more inline.

Beware of their policies where membership closure is never explained clearly when you join. I had joined in Jan'12 on a monthly payment membership (thankfully). I had to take 2 mandatory access cards for 20 dollars, one each for me and my wife. I was told it is refundable when I returned the card. On 1 June, I went at 7 PM EST to cancel the membership since I was moving. No one was around except few customers. I waited for 20 mins and no one came around, so I came back on Monday 4th July to cancel. They took a signature from me on a small piece of paper and said everything will be taken care. To my shock they charged me for the month of July too. I went back to enquire and the reresentative said it is in the policy agreement which I had signed and he does not care what i was told when i joined. I protested saying no one was around on 1st June when I came to cancel but they would not accept it. The representative also refused to refund the cost of the access card. This has surely been a lesson to me, not to trust anyone. Please do not go by their words. Take your time, read the agreement and then commit other wise you will lose your money. If its not on paper they will not accept anything what was told to you. They are not customer friendy. Rude when you cancel your membership. Also they have 5 tread mills out which one never works...the other one is noisy...
