It's a very lovely office and all of the people are great, but it's such a pain to make an appointment when the only day available for a cleaning/exam is on Thursdays. I might have to switch to a different office.

Dr. Smith is a great dentist.  He's very concerned for my overall dental health, not just making a quick buck.  His staff is very kind, and always helpful.  Plus, he's available for a phone call when you have a dental emergency (I've had a couple!).  Best of all, I never feel pain when I'm there, and I always leave with a better smile than I came with.

Dr Smith is very friendly and kind. He is also great about consulting with us about treatment options. He doesn't just rush into a filling or crown. He will let us know if it is something we can just "watch" and see if it progresses. He always leaves the decision up to us. 
He is also great with our kids! He's friendly and funny, has lots of prizes, and has a No-Cavity Club!
Dr Smith works well with our insurance to make sure claims are processed. 
His hygienists are polite and always remember our names--even after 6 months!!! The receptionist is great about scheduling our whole family together, and we're always in and out without having to wait. I really like that the office is open late on Thursdays to accommodate working parents.
