I dont go here too often but i have found myself at the bar several times at night.  There is a bartender there named Heather that is awesome.  Great service and good people.  Thanks Heather!

As with another reviewer, I am not sure why this establishment is so highly rated. While the staff was pleasant and helpful, the food was deplorable. I am in Pasco for a work trip and decided to give Cousins a try  due to the reviews, and its proximity to my hotel, I wish I had made a different decision. I ordered onion rings and the "knife and fork burger" and while the onion rings were quite good, the burger was decidedly not. The burger is essentially an open faced mushroom-swiss burger. The grilled onions and mushrooms looked like they were on a flattop for about 10 seconds...warmed up definitely not grilled. The burger patty was honestly the worst I've order had. It was grossly overcooked, and dry to the point of being desiccated. The "melted" Swiss cheese topper was melted at some point, but not when it was brought out to me.

I normally would give Cousins another chance but in this case, everyone has an off day, but that burger was truly the worst I have ever had. I would recommend you go elsewhere than to take a chance on Cousins,  as there are quite a few other establishments, with a similar menu,  no more than a 10 min drive away.

If I could give this restaurant no stars, I would. I can't believe that this restaurant is rated so highly - Pasco, what's wrong with you? 

We started our brunch off with their bloody Mary, and I have NEVER had one that bad. It tasted like horseradish and bleach. My boyfriend and I both couldn't get past the first few sips. The waitress did not offer to replace or remove them. 

Then we got our food. The 'skillet' that his food was in was PLASTIC, and the food itself did not look like food. Was just a dry, jumbled brown mess. We assume it was so dry because they dumped the food into the plastic skillet and nuked it in the microwave.

I've had breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour here and have never been let down. Obviously some things are going to be better than others, but for the most part, I have liked everything I've ordered. Appetizers are a little bit lacking, but the nachos and quesadillas are terrific. Portions are generous, and usually the wait staff is attentive enough that you don't feel ignored, but not so attentive that you get annoyed.

This is one of the few places we visit monthly. Great menu selection, decent service (sometimes), good food, and awesome desserts.
