Very quick with orders, food is always warm and good tasting. Two drive thru lanes for ordering to speed up the process. Employees are friendly. There is a toy place for kids to play in. The interior looks nice as well, and there is a decent amount of parking.

Pretty typical McDs...they are pretty fast which is great, but you always need to check for sauces. I've been missed for breakfast and dinner before I started checking. Can't eat my pancakes with no syrup and chicken nuggets with no BBQ sauce.

I honestly have given this McDonald's a few tries after little mistakes but I unfortunately will never return.  I order a large  Ice water ( I know they are $1) however employee took it upon herself to give me a small without asking if I'd prefer that size because it was free (I didn't obviously..b/c that's not what I ordered). She proceeded to start talking in Spanish at me I know one word was "pinche", so that's where I realized being blamed on multiple occasions for something i had no control over (making food how its ordered or filling a cup that's the proper size a customer asked for) i will no longer return.

When it comes to McDonald's, this was a great location! Clean facilities, fun toys for my kids, and neat new kiosks to order your food. I would definitely return here when I'm in the mood for a value meal with my kiddos.

Worst McDonald’s in the tri cities. Every time I go there, my order is wrong and/or missing half my order, and that is also while getting told to pull forward because it’s not ready and having to wait 10 mins to get my items. When I go back in to show I’m missing stuff, I get the “oh sorry” but then still won’t  fix it. Will never go back to this one. Would rather drive to ritzville then this one.
