Food was nothing special and service was even worse. Came in on a Saturday at lunch, and even though we were the only customers in there, we were not treated with any value. They took good care of the 3 online pickup drivers. Don't come here in-person.
Ordered 2 ham subs. Bread was wrong on one, and old and hard. Cheesecurds were burnt. Not a lot of ham either. I'll stick with jersey mikes, they're always good and fresh. Dietary restrictions: None
Ordered and 1,Turkey and 1,Italian sub and a bag of chips thru Grubhub. The order was delivered within 40 mins. Only received 1 sub sandwich, the Turkey with the bag of chips. What happened to the Italian sub? How can you screw up a 2 sandwich order??? My credit card was immediately charged for 2 sandwiches. I went to HELP on the GH app that I ordered from, fortunately they said my card would be credited for the sandwich. What kind of place can't even get 2 items correct in an order.? This, luckily isn't BRAIN SURGERY. Probably finished with Cousins......... Thx
Very friendly staff. Restaurant was very clean and modern. Sandwich chips and a drink cost about $12. The only reason for four stars is the club sandwich on whole grrain was just okay. It did not have a ton of flavor.
Cousins has the best subs. They're like the gourmet subs or in my opinion how subs should be served.
Always excellent, friendly service. The sandwiches are extremely fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the Italian with added vinegar. The full sized sub will definitely feed two very hungry people. They are huge. Fries are really good, too.

Closed early during the weekday on Friday. They lied and said they had to “close early to let the grill cool down” that’s a literal joke. She said her boss said to do it, so she didn’t want to take blame. Come on
When they hire new employees that are actually competent, I may come back. Over the course of 4 months my review has dropped from a 5 star to 1 star because of consistentcy in getting my order wrong. When they get it right, this isy favorite sandwich shop. Unfortunately they haven't gotten my order right not even once in the last 4 months. I hope that they fix their employment issue, but unfortunately if they don't, I worry that I will be once again forced to drive to Lombard or Milwaukee to get their subs, because this location with it's apathetic employees just doesn't cut it. Especially when each order I make is $30+ and is always wrong.
The exact same sub I get at the subway across the street for under 10 dollars costs over 17 here. Save your money and head elsewhere. Tasted good though, so can’t exactly give them a terrible rating.
