I love Einstein bagels but their service is very poor. I visited there and their drive thru was closed. When we entered there was only one person taking the orders and packing them. There was a long line, the person was not at all helpful and was very rude in communicating. I understand he was alone and definitely the the store was shortstaffed but during holiday season possibly the company can hire more people as per the demand. I was in line for 10 minutes then a lady joined and all through that time she was just standing there and did not plan to help anybody or cashier. I did ask him to slice my bagels but when I reached home to eat them they were not sliced at all. Instructions for not fully followed and it definitely does disheartens me to tell that the service was very bad
Due to lack of employment they are still able to manage and keep up with decent pace when busy. A mistake was made with my order, I was willing to pay for the extra drink due to understanding honest mistakes. They handled it well and didn't charge me which was kind of em to do even though I stated I'll pay. I hope they do get more employees because they are wonderful and it smelled good inside and the store was kept organized for the most part. I suggest coming her for brunch definitely. Food is tasty as ever
Bagels and coffee are pretty good. The building feels a little run down and you can't sit inside. You can sit outside in the summer but not in the winter.
Me and my bf are vegan. We ordered the blueberry and cinnamon raisin bagels toasted. There is no DF cream cheese at this location so we went to target and picked up some. The bagels weren't that fresh tasting, but they were okay...
Them strawberry strudels are dangerous LOL. Love em. Next time I'll ask to see if they offer whipped cream for them. Great food. That hazelnut spread is also fire!
I got the All nighter egg sandwich, it was quite tasty but the cheese flavor overpowered the flavor of all the other ingredients. At times it felt overly salty but overall it was not bad
Some of the nastiest iced coffee I have ever had. Please take off your menu. This is disgusting
As denoted by about 100 other people…the drive thru here is worthless. There is a lady sitting on a chair that takes forever and the other staff takes even longer. We live in the area and stopped coming here years ago. The bagels are always old, orders are always wrong, and food always taste like cardboard.
I am currently in line the drive through, I have been here for 14 minutes and I haven't even gotten to the loudspeaker yet. I would have left long ago were the people in my household less picky. This place has terrible organization and customer service, they do not deserve to be in the fast food business.
This girl made such a delicious bagel . Thank you for not forgetting the avocado !
