Knowledgeable customer service and competitive pricing.  I was actually referred to Coventry by my dealership.  I needed an electrical connector for my headlights on my Jaguar, but the dealer said that Jaguar didn't sell the connector separately and that it only came as part of a big harness that was just way too expensive, so they gave me Coventry West's number.  The connector was a little more expensive than I expected, but I guess it makes sense because of how expensive the whole thing was.  I got the part shipped to me in 2 days and the headlights work fine now

Customer service is very knowledgeable and courteous. Had all my questions answered right there on the phone. My brake pads and radiator came in super fast.

Excellent customer service!I have dealt with CW on many occasions and their prices are not only competitive, but follow up is great!  I had an issue with a delivery being lost in transit and they were on top of the situation, even sent a replacement ASAP.  

I have recommended them to other friends coast-to-coast and their dealings have been as pleasant as mine.
