I have and will continue to buy from S&W regularly; due to the fact that I have yet to have an issue with any part I've purchased. To this day I have not had to return any part. They are one of the best and most reputable used parts dealers in Atlanta. I just recommend that if you do buy here (as with anywhere) READ & follow the instructions and don't be cheap on fluids!

This business deserves a 5 star. My vehicle was broken down in Columbus, GA and I called a friend who referred me to this company. Immediately a nice man came on the phone by the name of Elvis who went  beyond professional. He assisted me not only getting an engine for my 2002 Honda, but also customizing it with the water pump and timing belt and sensors needed. Elvis went beyond and followed up on the progress even referring me to a mechanic to install the engine and call to make sure everything went well after the installation. All-all my experience was awesome and I'm so grateful to Elvis and to S&W for helped to get  me back on the road. Thank you guys!

I use to like buying part for my cars and costumers cars at this location but I call on 3/29/17. At 4:30 pm trying to get a translation for a Pathfinder that will cost $1800 dollars but the guy who answered the phone was a total ass had no costumer service skills his name was Jason or something like that.  I was to busy with a costumer so I ask my brother to call for me before they close well this Jason man was trying to be an ass to my brother asking all this questions like.  Who is the transmission for ?  Is it for you or for the guy in the back ?  I walk in to half of the conversation and I was telling my brother what questions to ask and Jason was so interested who I was.  He is only job is to sale parts and give prices and info he has no business what is going on on the other side of the phone.     I think is time for us to start looking for a new part provider that care more about my business and not what is going on in the other side of the phone call.

Sold me a bad transmission, warranty is for 30 days advised them of issue within 7 days. They told me they couldn't fulfill the warranty because I didn't know the codes. Installed by a reliable shop. Beware of a salesmen by the name of Elvis.

You better bring your "A" game. The staff works fast and have no time to deal with ignorance. Know what you need because buying the wrong item will cost you a high percent re-stock fee.
