Firstly they rip you off, don't go unless your insurance have you covered!!!!! Secondly, once they get their money they do not care about any after affects that they caused!! Do not expect them to keep appointments!!! I had a scheduled appointment and when I arrived at my scheduled time, the shop was close. After calling several times Melvin Jr. returned my call, and had the nerve to explain that my car will not be able to be fix until further notice. 1 star for them not caring about customers time!! It's been 3 weeks since I've attempted to schedule this appointment to fix the grill on my car that THEY DID NOT PUT ON PROPERLY !!!! And when I do come to my scheduled appointment no one is at the shop! I will be calling Better Business Bureau. FRAUDS!!

I had the pleasure to have the great staff, in particular Mr. Melvin Jr. and Greta, help resolve a water leak in the sunroof of my mother's car. They are fair, professional, down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable! I recommend you visit this facility for your vehicle body repair needs. I am certain you won't be disappointed. We were not disappointed.

I LOVEEEEE this place! My truck was looking so horrible after my accident I came in and they had everything done early BEFORE the time they told me to pick it up initially and my truck looked better then when I bought it! I love tony, steel and Mr. Melvin Sr. They all did a fantastic job!! Will return with my other cars for work! Thanks!

First, Precision Collision gets an A+ for customer service. Second, they get an A+ for restoring my vehicle back to beautiful. They have a upbeat, friendly staff that went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they make my rental reservations, but they took me to pick up my rental vehicle. They also gave me an accurate timeline of when my vehicle would be repaired. I personally recommend Precision Collision.
