I have to give five stars because the manager, Carrie has been on top of everything. I've even seen her pitch in on some shovel work. The rates reflect the fact that this is a flood plain, winter or spring, she's doing her thing! The laundry room is super clean and affordable. It's close to everything you need, restaurants, hardware, grocery. If it were my RV park and storage, (this is not a campground) I would add community showers for a fee.

They cater to long term stays. No showers but full hookups. We arrived on a weekend and the office was closed. It was close to where my nephew lives so we assigned ourselves a spot. Never found anyone to pay so we called after we left and paid by credit card. I would stay there again because of the location but would call ahead.

Nice park with large sites. Not that easy to get around with a big rig. Good short stay spot. Friendly staff.

Beautiful little RV park. People are friendly, rates are fantastic and the atmosphere is laid back. Has lots of trees.
