The staff at Covered California were very helpful. I spent a few hours online and was very confused. Mark explained everything and made the process very simple.

I really had no idea what I was doing and was trying to take care of this myself and thought I'd be paying several hundreds of dollars for a mediocre plan from the Covered California website. Mark patiently helped me understand the plans and what I qualified for and I ended up with a very good, very reasonably priced insurance plan and I couldn't be happier. Mark and everyone else in the office is super friendly and helpful. They're all trying to help each other to help you. Thank you!

My first time here. Mark was very nice. He explained my Health plans  that were affordable for me and my family. In less than 20 minutes. Nice people office staff was friendly :)

At first I did not understand this program and every time I talked to someone they always showed me the more higher cost that made it unaffordable and it made me feel like I would never get anywhere with this program until I met Aiden and he walked me through it with clarity and with understanding to the point that the program made so much more sense to me it is actually a good program something that we should have had years ago I still don't understand what was all the bad talk about if more people would take the time 2 listen and understand Covered California I'm sure they would appreciate this program just as well I'm glad for it at this point in my life because before it I went almost four to five years with absolutely no coverage. All I can say to the onlooker and the newcomers is to try it for yourself and not go off of other people's opinion form your own after once trying it you just might like it thanks Covered California Fresno
