Went in without an appointment and they were able to get me in within 15 min. I had to have a lower back x-ray and I wish I remembered the ladies name cuz she was just so super awesome. Blonde in her 40s maybe. But she treated me with the most respect and was actually just like I had k own her for yrs. Very happy with the experience.

They squeezed me in for an appointment. I was in and out within a total of 30 mins, very friendly receptionist. The sinographer made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me as she went. Plus facility was very clean, which is a major plus!

Have been to this imaging center nearly eight times- almost every time had to fill my bladder- no big deal right? So very very wrong. Each time they would have me wait an hour past my appointment time- all the while women would pour in confirm their appointment time, same procedure- ultrasound- with later times and be called in immediately. At one point- having an infection made it unbearable to wait to urinate- they had me wait almost two hours past my appointment time, saying all the rooms were taken, and another patient would walk through the door and be called back! Flash forward to this week. I have arrived a half hour early-having waited for this appointment to determine a major health condition regarding my little one- time passes on- flashes two- my appointment time- in has walked three women over the course of ten to twenty minutes and they all get called back in the following fifteen minutes 😐 Now let's add thirty minutes and three more people-who also get called back- another thirty minutes- same result, at which point my husband has to remind the receptionist of our appointment time- and only at that point fifteen minutes after that are we called back. Far enough along water doesn't need to be consumed for the ultrasound. This older woman: whom immediately told my husband to put his phone "out of sight" for "legal" reasons, as I go on to ask what those possibly are- she has for one ignored me and my husband- pushes my legs down and tells me to lie back after gripping a towel and shoving it down my pants. She has then proceeded to get the babies head circumference- taking a damn near ten minutes of ramming it over my bladder and proceeding to apply unnecessary pressure to my uterus- oh it gets better- she keeps the moniter over her head for fifteen minutes: just to type out and measure! Same spot! She then moves on to examine the placenta- making notes- at which point I ask where in holy hell it is- in relation to why I came in the first place- I proceed to ask "Vicky" seven times further- and being that she has already pointed out other details and such in relation to babies health- she ignores both myself and my husband a total of ten times- just straight up clams up and says nothing. She would go on to later comment that the doctor would be peeved if she said anything!  Before even getting halfway through I damn near threw up my lunch from the time and pressure she had so condescendingly provided- my lips had gone pale, I was covered in sweat and proceeded to have hot flashes. At the end of my rope and politeness i rushed to the bathroom as soon as it was over- during the ultrasound her whole arm covered my lady bits and dug into my leg. 🤢

I haven’t even had my appointment yet and the 2 ladies I have spoke to have been rude as hell!!! The first one who scheduled me was rude and than the second one who confirmed was rude! I’m dreading this appointment now!

Only reason for the 1 star is because the receptionist was friendly. But besides that, the lady who saw me was Very rude & unprofessional. I'm DEFINITELY never coming back. I prefer to drive further if I have to.
