Julie was great, providing excellent one-on-one care. That is where the favorable experience ends. My husband and I both had terrible experiences with the office staff. Poor customer service, inefficient and lazy processes are the norm. It took them more than a month to mail my test results to me AFTER they arrived in office. My husband specifically requested that his lab work be sent to a lab contracted with his insurance, and was assured by Julie and one of the office staff that it would. It was sent to a non-contracted lab. Nearly $4,000 of labs were ordered, which was excessive and included many useless tests. When he spoke to the office staff to settle this issue, he was told that it was the patient's responsibility to tell them which lab to use, even though he had already done this at his initial visit. This was never communicated to either of us before hand, even when we asked about it specifically. Constance, the office manager, was particularly unhelpful. When told her poor service was costing the clinic a patient, she cheerfully stated, "OK. Bye bye." My husband and I are both healthcare providers and work in facilities that see more patients than this office. Our practices are to call and verify benefits for EVERY SINGLE PATIENT. In fact, the common practice in healthcare is for the provider's office to verify benefits BEFORE claims are made to the insurance. Not here. Their answer is to blame the patient, then instruct you to call the lab to settle your own bill. Multiple requests were made to speak with Julie (she said to call and speak with her if there were any questions or concerns), and days later, still no response. If you choose to go here, have your insurance on speed dial and ask a lot of questions, because the staff will not go that extra mile. At least 4 of my co-workers and their families (who have also used North Fresno Family Health) have had similar experiences, and none of us will be returning.

I have been a patient of Julie's going on 10 years, she is thee Best Ever , I would and have referred my best friend to her. She goes above and beyond in the time she takes with you and truly cares about all her patients .

I have been searching for a doctor and an office like this since I moved to California about 4 1/2 years ago. Julie has a fabulous bedside manner and is very thorough even making follow-up calls if something was thought to be missed. Great follow through and referrals. Listens to what you are saying and spend the amount of time necessary with the patient to get the results needed. The office staff is very friendly. I drive all the way from Reedley for my appointments as opposed to seeing somebody within close proximity he and being neglected. If there was an option to give her 10 stars I would!

Office manager is rude, unprofessional and insensitive to patients physical and mental health needs. Originally I was impressed by Dr Guyette's bedside manner but after seeing how she and her staff handles distressed patients I will not be returning.
