Mike Connelly is such an awesome energy, very professional yet made taking my car in for a recall fun and they rolled the red carpet out for us. The entire staff was amazing , the courtesy ride home was very nice. I notice details and customer service and Kia Valley actually passed my expectations from offering us cold waters and making sure my car had the AC on when they brought my car around. Mike was super honest and I was actually shocked when I found out I was getting ripped off at Jiffy Lube and all the other oil changing places because Mike informed me that the dealership oil changes are actually cheaper and of course way better quality and so are the break jobs, I know right super shocked! This is the only place I will come to service my Kia from now on and when I want to add another car to the family this Kia has won me over just because the service department.

The service department was great!  Even though I was only getting minor service (5000 miles), they treated me like a "king".  Waiting for help was minimal and they offered many amenities in the lounge while I waited.  I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

If you have any engine problem or recalls contact the service manager he is the nicest and helpful and highly professional manager .he has a soft voice he's name is Sir Sam.
And a front desk service representative. One of the best honest guy will check and explain what is the real problem of the car he will not ripoff any customers. 5 star for this 👦

Forget the bait and switch, forget that they offered 4.6% financing for someone with 800+ cred, forget that 3-4 men went through the deal and still didn't figure out the numbers were wrong... forget all that.   A salesman came in to "offer" us a better interest rate.  He then revealed the bait and switch numbers, a $2000.00 up charge. We said no, it was less and gave him in writing the correct numbers.  He said in a very condescending way, "calm down , I'm trying to work with you".  I said I understood, but that he needed to bring his condescending tone down a bit.  Guess what he said, " oh do I need to slow down for you", in a very very condescending tone.  The only thing he did not say was , "you stupid woman". HEY KIA, turn on the news. Read. Educate yourself.  Maybe some classes on how to deal with strong, smart (smarter than that guy) educated women may help!!! WE WALKED WITH OUTWITH OUR 14,000+ DEAL... BUYER BEWARE!!!

▪they have online offers that do not match their deals in person making anyone waste their time and i am talking about a huge difference and cheap bs talk as excuses that are not logical and very synical and insulting to anyone with a brain, i came out feeling less smart from dealing with them a stressful disgusting experiece which if you mind do avoid this place unless you are ready to leave $4k down and pay over priced amount with little to not explications and almost no numbers showed in front of you of why you need to pay that much more. I am talking that their own website says 209/233 financing for a car their best deal started over 400 and this with a over 700 credit score.  And their excuses was tax. Tax on 233 is little over 2 dollars or less depending on the city not over $100 . Im not jk their excuse was tax its insulting and very immature threament. 

▪in another kia dealers i got a offer for 320 for lease with tax and everthing included and i reject it because i know it was way to high. Because not long ago i did a more expensive car for 316 for a lease.  This kia car was $500 more than the one they offered me 320 lease and they bs that they could not go down to similar lease numbers which make zero sence and it a huge bs talk.

▪Their website said that the car value is 25k and they insisted in sale in it for over 28k kbb had it for 24k the same car but they did not want to respect their own price, the one they settle for and giving excuses like yeah but you are not a militar or student etc etc etc when it clearly did not say that on the kbb price which they agree to sale it for.   
 
▪like in most if not most they are full of bs this one are a step above the others, it was very frustrating having to deal with their bs chat and bad energy. 

▪They dont have the  same cars online on the floor to show us. Or at least every car i pop out on my phone was a nope thats not available any more we got this other one instead and lazy work like that. 

So beware of this place. i was very disappointed i was expecting better from a 4star dealer but i guess i will next time look for 5stars ratting dealers and hope for the best and not a stressful experice  from people who are not profetional and dont care about giving you a good deal or at leaset respecting you let alone a good deal. I am going to spend over $20k  have some respect for me ! Is not much to ask
