I have purchased two vehicles from Reynolds but used to take them to a closer Chevrolet dealer for service.  Well after a few years of substandard service and headaches just trying to get answers, I thought "Reynolds always treated me well while buying a car, why not let them service it"?  So I have been taking all my vehicles (we own GMs only) to Reynolds for service and couldn't be happier.  Besides the fast service on Weekends (and yes the coffee machine in the waiting room is great) they have expert and quick diagnosis and repairs during the week.  Very professional!

My favorite Buick and GM dealership in the Greater LA area. Their service department never puts pressure on you to be able to do extra unnecessary work and thus charge more. If I need to get repairs done very well I take my cars there all the way from Santa Monica.

I started at Simpson in Buena Park, but am SO glad I came to Reynolds to buy my new LaCrosse. The negotiating with the Jim McDonough, the Sales Mgr on the price I wanted to pay was direct and friendly. Between Jim, the Sales Mgr and Edward, the Salesman, everything was easy and efficient. It was so refreshing to buy from such straightforward people.

Good people to work with at the entire dealership from sales to service to parts departments. Family owned business now into second generation with the same friendly local small town feel.
