Came in for an oil change and was greeted by Victor the manager here. He’s a great guy and made sure I got the help I needed. The workers here are very nice and helpful. While I was waiting for my oil change to be done I was greeted by Aaron who made sure I was doing okay and if I needed anything. This place is one of the best places to have your car serviced because of the staff is so helpful and they get the job done quick.

Bad service, they never answer the phone, the manager never wants to speak to fix the problem. They have my registration, being told that the corporate office has it, then they say they lost it, now they won’t answer my phone. They’re giving a different story all the time. Seems that every one I talk to is new and don’t know what going on. Really eveyday they have new employees. Is this the kind of service they offer. If you think of buying here. Think twice. Finance department, sales department to manager, worst service ever. Wouldn’t recommend nobody to this place.

This is the worst dealership i have ever been to. I went with My sister to buy her first car in March she was approved with 250 down and low payment we called in 4 different times to re write contracts. The employees kept loosing our paycheck stubs. Vanessa was rude and condescending. Ray was very rude on the phone and threatening in text messages. So after 4 contracts and approvals we were notified we actually weren't approved 1 week before we thought we would be making our first payment. Now my sister who is a nursing student and works full time will be catching the bus because they ran her credit so much her score dropped 113 points and she can't get a car until we can get her score back up. This is the worst experience ever we were both in tears.

Under New Management!  I was looking to buy a used Chevy Spark. They had one at this dealer. But when I was doing my research, I saw that they had terrible reviews. This is NO LONGER THAT PLACE! The person I first started with, Roger,  was sweet and professional. When I was freaking out about buying a car after having mine for 25 years, he was right there! I went to look at the used car I had picked and when I got there they had a new one for me to test drive. So you figure that is their job, right, to sell new cars! But after the test drive with Andy, who is so funny, and knows his cars, I was in love with it!  They worked so hard to make that car fit into my budget, and it did!!! Edward, the financial manager MADE IT FIT!  He was amazing! Arianna, the woman you sign the papers with was so knowledgeable about everything about the car,  what's covered and how to get all of that done. They work together as an amazing team! The only problem I had was 1/2 my fault, 1/2 theirs. When I bought my first car they did not have Gap Insurance. And in all of my research I did not come across that, so I did not ask for it, and I believe it was just an oversight on their part that they didn't tell me either. So, I had to go back the next day to sign, and Edward had added the insurance, but had gotten my payment even lower! That is just how they roll! :D I am totally in love with my brand new car, and feel safe and secure again. They made this a very good experience for me! I highly recommend!!

Good customer service, very helpful. Rodger sales representative great representative of dealership and very personable with clients. As well as knowledgeable of products on his lot. Edward sales manager very helpful and willing to work with clients and a system in every which way possible good experience at the dealership
