I have had a horrible customer service experience at this company and because of this I am posting a review to hopefully finally get someone to answer my questions. I bought an item that I love (still do despite all this) and after washing it started to come undone. Due to the amount paid, I thought I should have it replaced. I was told that was fine and I should send the item back, so... paid to send it back and waited and waited and waited. Finally I contacted them and was told I was issued a refund (not replacement), ok fine - then I'll use the money to buy a new item. I was then never told how or in what form the refund would be given. I was finally (after many attempts) given a code that was not explained what I should do with it. More contact attempts go by and it was finally explained that the code was a gift card# and I could enter on the website to order the new item. Ok, fine I order. But the price is higher than my original cost - so I want the difference taken off (especially since I paid shipping back). I was told that is fine.....it never happened and I was charged the difference. I attempt the contact chain again... I was told I needed to show why I should have the difference refunded (I angrily forwarded all 20+ emails I had to them to show why I should have it refunded). I get an email stating my refund is processing (ok, but it is the same generic email that I got from the first return that doesn't explain whether the refund is to your card, to a gift card, store credit, outerspace - who knows!) Today I got a final email apologizing for the lack of communication and to expect a credit card refund for this difference amount. Still waiting on that. Therefore I am writing this post - Beautiful Duvet Cover but HORRIBLE replacement/return service. I honestly wish they would have just told me they wouldn't replace it in the first place. This has gone on for over 2 months!
