I thought this store was serious and cared about their customers. Well, I was wrong. I purchased a love seat and couch on July 11th, and I was told delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks. Today, August 16th and don't have a delivery date. At this point all I want is to cancel my order and take my business somewhere else. Sadly I can't since the store and the finance entity they use just give the run around. PLEASE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! do not waste your time at this place where they do not know how to handle a business and treat their customers with respect.

I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! When I first went into the store, the sales rep quoted me a price for a bed, I came back the very next day and she wrote the bed up for $400 extra dollars- I asked her what happened to the price she quoted me, she sucked her teeth and went to ask her manager to approve it with an attitude. I asked her about a warranty she said they do a 1 year warranty- I asked her where the paperwork was for it she rolled her eyes and told me the bed's manufacturer does the warranty and not their store (this was after she told me yes they have a warranty just sign the papers) She then told me the actual bed would not be in stock for 4 weeks. She also said when it is ready someone will call and we can schedule an appointment. I bought the bed April 21, and called today May 17. Around giving me run around, they said the bed will be ready tomorrow. I told her great anytime after 12 I can leave from work. She called me back to give me a window from 12-2 I asked her could she either give me a one hour window and a call before they come because no one ever mentioned a window. She proceeded to yell and cuss me out and would not let me get a word in edge wise, then THE MANAGER hung up on me. She had some guy who was just as rude call me back, when I asked him for her name so I can make a formal complaint to corporate he told me no and "do you want your bed or not" THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, FRAUDS, AND THEIR FURNITURE IS CHEAP QUALITY

I ordered a bed for daughter in the Cozi store on Annapolis Road in Maryland, on July 22nd. I informed the manager and staff that it is imperative that I have it delivered and assembled BEFORE August 18th. They said no problem. I was told that I'd have the bed in a couple of weeks after purchase. Since the 2nd week passed, I called the store to get a status of the bed during the week of August 1st; and I was told that it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for the delivery and that I would receive the bed the next week. I called during the 4th week, the week of August 7th, and was told that it takes 3 to 4 weeks. No bed. I contacted the manager yesterday, August 14th, expressing my grievances and that I should not have to call almost every week to get a status on what I PAID FOR! I also informed him that we are now in week 5. I am just finding out that the bed will not be delivered until this Friday August 18th, therefore making it inconvenient for me to take off next week to stay home for them to deliver and assemble it. The manager promised me that the bed would arrive to their store sometime this Thursday, August 17th and would be delivered to me either Friday, August 18th or by Saturday August 19th. I wanted to surprise my daughter before she gets home from camp this Friday, with a new bed but it seems that may not happen. I feel lied to and feel that I was given false dates to secure the sale of the bed, despite my requests that it be understood when I needed the bed. The reviews for this company or horrific. I went to the stores FB page and Google reviews. I fear that I may be in a position where they will not refund my money, which was a total of 1252.36. It appears that they are in the business of shamming customers; I included.

I bought a sectional couch that wasn't even brand new. They gave me the one from the floor and I know they did because I went back the next day and the couch was gone. Then once they delivered he sectional couch, some of thr legs were broken and I was told they would replace them and come put them on. That was back in May 2017. It is now the end of July 2017 and I still don't have the replacement legs, I keep calling and every time I get a different answer. My patience is wearing thin...... if I don't get them I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. And if anyone asks where to get furniture from they mig as well go Ashley Furniture store. Don't ever go to Cozi because they drag their feet with everything. Save your time, energy, and money. Better off going to Value City Furinture.

Please. Just go somewhere else. I ordered a couch on 2/25/2017. Was told to wait 2 weeks. Never got a call about any potential delays. After calling I was told to wait another 3 weeks. Then another couple weeks... Til this day I still haven't received my couch. Don't waste your money where all you'll get is excuses as to why they don't have your items.
