Almost good store Came to this store to buy a dining room set and the sales person was pretty good. Until the the day to pick up the items. I am a diabled vet and putting furniture together is not in my best interest. Now, I have find someone to put this together at a reasonable price.

Although my home furnishing consultant, Everton Rose, was money hungry and sneaky, Ms.V at the AcceptanceNow Kiosk was amazing! I think her name is Ms.Venita. She goes by Ms. V. She was very informative, patient with all of my questions and very good at explaining. I left with no questions. I didn't appreciate that after Everton Rose asked me did I want a warranty, he added it on my bill after I specifically said that I didn't want it. That's dishonest. And very money hungry. But other than that, my experience was great and will be coming back soon.

They provide the worse service ever!!! save your money and shop somewhere else... Delayed deliveries, damaged goods and empty promises is what they do best.

I placed a order and paid in full for a dining room set in October. The first issue is that it could not be delivered until after Thanksgiving (although the salesman assured me it would not be a problem. Delivery date is tomorrow and my intuition told me to call to confirm. I called to find out the chairs are set for delivery tomorrow and the table would not be available until FEBRUARY 2nd!!!!! VCF just lost a great customer!!

This was simply the most pleasant furniture shopping experience I've ever had. A gentleman by the name of Albert was extremely helpful, polite, patient and considerate. I HATE feeling like someone is trying to sell me something as opposed to helping me with select what I want to buy. Value City has figured out how to do this and I will certainly be back the next time I need new furniture.
