Worst experience with buying furniture. These people can't schedule a delivery on time and its ten times harder to get a refund. I bought furniture online and had to file a complaint through PayPal to get my refund. They held my money hostage cause I wouldn't drop my complaint and didn't agree to there "terms". BUYER BEWARE.
Only giving them two stars because my bedroom set is actually gorgeous but they lied about the payment plan situation.. he told me I could pay it off in 12 months without the price rising but I just spoke with a customer service rep at Acima and they told me I have to pay it off in 90 days or my payment would be $2,000 instead of $1300 LOL. WOW. NEVER AGAIN. Now I have to rush to make payments...
This store has unique ecletic lamps and a beautiful selection of floor rugs and any matress you could imagine. The only bad thing I would say is it's a shame to want to purchase something and be completely ignored. Customer engagement and help is non existent!
horrible place!!!! they sell used mattress with no warranty I just bought a bed from jmd furniture 2 weeks ago, i found out they sold me a refurbished mattress and boxspring, now i have bed bugs, i am very upset and angry, do not buy anything from jmd furniture!! they are crooks and they sold me a used mattress which has stains all on the side i am very angry writing this review,, stay away, cheaters, thieves!!!!!!!!!!!! the mangager pretended not to speak english when i had the problem, horrible customer service
Not a good customer service at all. I bought furniture to be delivered the next day, they failed to deliver and don't have cutesy of calling to say why. I had to go there after 2 weeks to ask them for my money back.
Stay away from this place, I bought a set of sofas and 30 days later they all falling apart and looked like they're 10 years old. And the owner tells me they only have 7 days warranty.
They have very nice rugs and chandeliers looking to purchase. Customer service was great.
The employee owner of the store or whoever he was was very rude to me the furniture they sell is not of good quality it's like shopping at a five and dime would not go back ever again.
very cheap stuff and wouldn't try and give me my refund back after I found out they sold used mattresses
