We brought a device that we needed to be aligned back in place and they did it with no problem. It’s also working as well. He’s never since something like that before. So I would most definitely recommend going to them there work is amazing!

The screen on my daughter's cell phone shattered. On a recommendation, we contacted CPR for a quote. Pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was, we had them repair it. We had the phone back in a couple of hours looking better than new! We had the pleasure of working with Edwin for our problem - he was friendly, professional & knowledgeable. If you need cell phone repair, I highly recommend checking with CPR first!

The most horrible place to get anything fixed, I took my laptop over there and was told it would take 7-10 days for me to get it back.
2 weeks later I come to find out the parts necessary to fix it havent even arrived yet,I was told it's coming from Florida and due to hurricane Harvey it's taking a little longer, another week later a different employee told me it's coming from Japan and that Is the reason it's taking so long,another week later I decided to speak to the manager cause the laptop still wasn't ready, the parts are still coming from somewhere and no one knows where it's coming from and no one knows if it's even coming.
After I spoke to the manager I knew I had nothing to do but to demand my money back and go somewhere else.
The manager of that place is unprofessional,shows up to work late, he is also very rude.

I would give this place -5 stars if only that was an option.
I took my laptop to electronics flip and 4 days later my laptop was brand new again

As all of you can tell the current manager of cpr is ignorant so he decided to blame this on someone else lol

Jesse and Mike were very friendly and efficient. They fixed my iPad Mini and my iPhone within 30 minutes! My iPad touch screen wasn't working after being replaced in India. The apple store said they'll need to switch the ipad and would cost me $200. I decided to try my luck with CPR Cell  phone repair. Jesse and Mike did a soft reset and voila! My iPad was as good as new! They could've easily dragged it on and taken me for a ride but instead they chose to give me great honest service and were really nice while they were at it. To think that the Apple Store was charging me $200 for something that needed no fixing. Thanks Jesse and Mike!
