There are a million places to buy mattresses in Cleveland and I was not looking forward to this purchase, but Jim at the Mayfield Mattress Firm was great! He understood what I wanted and didn't try to "upsell" us at all. He made the experience so enjoyable, I emailed him last week to return to buy a second mattress. The fact that the area closeouts are there right in the store make it really easy to save money - all mattresses get sanitized and the delivery works so smoothly. Really polite great guys. Definitely the place to shop for a mattress. Ask for Jim!

Mr Jim Rice is an extraordinary listener. He is very attentive to his customers needs. Just by asking specific questions he was able to determine exactly the best bed. I recommend him for any future purchases.

Afrisha was great and very helpful! We came in looking for a mattress and she was very patient with my husband and I. She looked into many options, allowed us to talk it over, and answered all the questions we had. Great customer service!
