The only place you can buy flippable mattresses.

Terrible experience with customer service and the mattress itself. We purchased their "top of the line" king pillow top mattress to only be in pain and agony 3 years later to the point that we can no longer sleep a whole night on the mattress. We spent over $1,000 and were tricked into buying a pillow topper and new frame from them as well, which did not fix any issues. We have complained and had a technician come out to only tell us that they don't guarantee level of comfort on the mattress. I have read through pages of reviews of customers with the same complaints and want Original Mattress Factory to own up to their fault and refund their customers. I should not have to buy another mattress after 3 years and $1,200 later. Please DO NOT BUY from them.
