Story

More than 40 years ago, we set out to build a special place. A special place for shoppers, a special place for retailers and restaurants. Since then, we’ve grown into one of the largest malls in the Southeastern United States. Simply because we’re lucky to be in a place that’s special: the Triangle area. Entrepreneur, Forbes, Fortune and Money magazines have all rated the Triangle one of America’s Top Ten Places to Live and Work. It’s all here, and we’re right in the center of it all.

This is a great mall to shop at. The have relevant stores, great conveniences and a pretty slamming food court. I have been very pleased during every shopping experience. It does come to the common ground of being a typical mall due to the fact there always seems to be a lot of people when I go. I guess that's not a downside. It usually means the mall is doing something right. I feel safe bringing my kid. There are various places throughout the mall that kids can play on/in. So far all the stores I've shopped at have had great employees. The mall is well kept. I didn't notice any stray trash lying around. That tends to be a problem with most public area's. The custodial team is doing their jobs well.

Best Mall I know of!  Plenty of stores of every kind, restaurants galore, great food court, even plenty of upscale shops for me to window-shop!  This mall has everything from Lego to Cheesecake Factory! It is always nicely humming with people, too.  I think the location, large parking decks, and the plethora of choices available make this a very attractive stop for everyone in the Raleigh area.

Wow most of the malls have run down hill. This place was awesome they have a huge selection of shops to choose from. Also the food court was nice with a good selection to choose from. From now on I will be going back here for all my shopping needs. Christmas time this place was packed but I see why. Great place and I actually felt safe here.

Great mall in Raleigh. Very big, making it a nice place to burn some calories walking.  Many beautiful stores. Some nice restaurants and a big food court. The parking lot is big, but can be crowded.  In general, the prices at Crabtree are high, but there are many things on sale racks. Clerks are helpful and friendly in most stores. It's a pretty mall.

Very large shopping mall with a large variety of shops to choose from. Clean but is usually considerably busy especially later in the day/evening on weekends. Parking can be tough if you're interested in being near the food court, it gets congested. Security seems to be efficient, I don't worry about being harassed/threatened in any way. It's got a feel of safety. Of all malls in/near  this location, Crabtree Valley mall takes the cake in my opinion. I've never been in any store in this mall and felt like any of the employees were rude or disrespectful. Pretty good customer service overall.
