Usually pretty busy but they get you seated quickly. We have been eating a lot of to-go lately rather than take our baby out. Had an issue the first time we ordered but perfect since then. I recommend trying the app to order.

The food has always been great and the staff friendly. For valley station that is a rarity. But as the crowd that is always there will attest...good Cracker Barrel food, with a nice variety in the gift shop...are consistently wonderful. Prices are good and portions large. A great place to eat.

Great service. Ordered the holiday meal catering for Christmas on the 23rd. The ham was very good. All we had to do was heat everything up. Was very easy with no stress.

My mother and I had a horrible experience. Our server was overwhelmed and couldn't handle to tables she was sat. She got our order but we never saw her again after that. Tables who were sat after us received their food before us. When we asked the manager about our food he said he would check on it and never returned. (Our food came out 10 mins later) I asked for crispy bacon, my bacon wasn't even done. I asked for syrup for my pancakes and by the time I got the syrup, my pancakes were cold. We never got butter we asked for. Nobody came to refill drinks. Never got a returned visit from the manager not our server. I don't know what happened but I usually have an enjoyable experience here, not today. Really don't want to return either.

Food and service was great. However i did have a hair in my food and needed my plate remade. They made it right but still not a pleasant  experience.
