After a long day and evening at work, I came home and ordered pizza online. They said it would be here at 12:05...well it's 1:15am and I'm still waiting! The best part is that I've called a thousand times and they won't answer! So now we go to bed hungry because everywhere else is now closed!! Thanks Pizza Hut for dropping the ball!

I normally do not take the time to write out negative reviews for a company. I just choose not to give them my business. However, I would like every one to save their time and go with another restaurant or pizza hut location. I placed an order on the app, with the correct pizza hut location, correct delivery address, payment successfully made, and even received a confirmation email that the order is being made.......1 hour and 45 minutes later I called to ask about the status of my order and the manager on duty said that they never received payment. He told me that they tried to call me after confirming my phone number over the phone, but we never received a call. The payment had already been charged to my card with a confirmation in the app stating my payment was processed. He said that he never received payment. When I asked how that was possible, his reply was that this kind of thing happens a lot and that the computer system messed up. I said okay, things happen, what can we do to remedy the situation? He then told me that I can place another order and pay again. My checking account was charged, the app gave a successful payment notification, and I received a confirmation email from Pizza Hut themselves. The manager on duty told me to just call back in the morning when the assistant manager is in. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. This gentleman did nothing to help remedy the situation when it was not my fault, nor possibly his fault either. I paid for a service, did not get that service, and now have to call back to confirm my payment is returned. Save yourselves the time. Spend your money elsewhere.

Pizza's are the best we biy from here all the time and they very seldom mess up pn orders. I would recommend them everytime. People are always polite and a pleasure to order from.

Normally, we have no issue with this location other then it takes about an hour to get our food. however, this last time we ordered pizza and wings and the wings were raw. Not all of them but the biggest part of the 16 pieces we ordered had no been cooked all the way through. Called the restaurant to let them know we received raw wings and the girl on the other end laughed and said "How? We deep fry them for 6 1/2 minutes" and then hung up. Never had a problem with them before this so I was shocked at the way they acted upon knowing they sent us uncooked food. I didn't call to demand a refund back but to let them know they have raw food leaving the restaurant. Unfortunately, the girl who seemed to think it was funny got me irritated enough to let others know this location may not be your best choice!

By the time our two "$7.99" pizzas (no extras at all) got delivered with tax, delivery fee and tip, it was $25 even. When we opened the boxes, they had the pizzas' crusts switched. The pepperoni & mushroom had the hand-tossed and the cheese with banana peppers had the pan crust. Neither was completely cooked, but the pepperoni and mushroom was still doughy. I had to finish baking both of them. That will teach me to stray from Papa Murphy's!
