My friend and I eat here almost every week! The food is always hot, fresh and did i mention delicious? But, the waitresses are always great! They give their best! The store offers great bargains on wonderful clothes! I should know, I am one of their best customers! Their Hostesses and even their Cashiers are sweet and so polite and friendly, especially one named Ashley that I remember for her wonderful attitude and professionalism! All together CB is a Winner, and keeps us coming back for years now!

Management is good and I share feedback with them every time I come. Waitresses and staff are always friendly but there seems to always be a disconnect between wait staff and the kitchen. Today we waited one hour exactly for hash browns and 45 minutes for biscuits. To go along with that when we sat down we already knew what we wanted. It was apparent the lunch rush was over but once again we encountered problems with the timeliness on receiving our food. (Yes other patrons that came in long after us did receive their food before us, and yes the food was warm and good when it came out). So my 1 is for whoever wants to claim responsibility between the two.

This place had amazing food. We brought a toddler with us. They forgot the chocolate milk that comes with the kids meal. We informed the waitress and she got it for us. We had to keep getting our waitresses attention to refill our drinks but she jumped on it as soon as we asked. She was polite. I'd give it a five star if the waiters/waitresses weren't attending so many people with limited time. Did I mention the food was amazing? It really was amazing!

We ordered our food to go, it was the first time doing so for us. The food was made promptly, tasted great and the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The order was exactly as we asked and they made sure to include plastic silverware too!

Dropped my review to 2 stars from 5. Melissa M. forgot my wife's coffee then wanted to say we never ordered it. She also forgot our biscuits and my food came out 15 mins after my family's meal. Upon my observations I noticed she had multiple tables which she tended to some more than others. Management needs to take note in order to obtain ultimate customer satisfaction with this establishment.
