Best customer service I've ever received. The staff helped me pick out a perfect boot for my work place that fit my feet correctly. Friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend you get your next boots from these guys.

Red Wing staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. They were willing to spend ample time helping my wife find the perfect size in her new boots (which she loves). The staff even helped measure my feet and try on different boots even though they knew I was not going to purchase any. 10/10 would hire this employee.

Visted your store on 19apr17 and Blake was unbelievably accommodating and made me feel good about purchasing Red Wings. Store did not have the size shoe I wanted but Blake found it at another store and had it shipped to my home. Shoe arrived the next morning before my daily activities began and I was able to wear the shoes all day. Thanks for the GREAT service Blake!

Always quick to get you out. Gave me the wrong size. Acted like it was such a problem to exchange them. Then the pair of waterproof boots he gave me leaked after a week. I took them back again and he told me to get a different style. He convinced me to put the tough toe on it. Guess what. He put it on the wrong size boot then told me i had to buy another tought toe kit for the correct size. I just got a refund for the boot (not the $40 tough toe kit he wasted) and left. Worst and most expensive shoe buying experience ever! If you like Redwing a just order them online.
