Cracker Barrel on Whiskey Rd in Aiken, S.C was great. My husband and I both had the roast beef dinner in aluminum foil and it was delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The girl who checked us out was very nice and friendly also. We left full and very satisfied. Thank you.

I called ahead to place my order and I was told it would be ready in about 10-15 min. I got there in about 5 min. and waited in my vehicle about 10 min. before going inside. I paid for my order and it was about an hour or more before I got my food. The manager gave me two extra biscuits like that should make it all better. To make matters worst the Roast Beef that is usually tender was horrible. I won't be going back.

Great service, my 2 year old was having a meltdown and never once did she stop to ask us what to order while I was correcting him but she made sure to keep an eye out and was ready to serve us as soon as I finished. Food was great quality and came out quickly.

I love Cracker Barrel. I would love to give the Aiken location a 5-star. The food is wonderful, no problems. Our waiter Joe this past Sunday was outstanding on customer service! I give Joe alone 5-stars! But when visiting the gift shop at this location you get overwhelmed with employees constantly bugging you. When they ask if you need any assistance and you reply no thank you. Within less than 5 minutes later they come back to ask you again. This is repeated every few minutes the entire visit in the gift shop. We've talked to the manager several times about this but it hasn't done any good. We avoid shopping in the gift shop due to the annoyance. This is a picture of Joe, the best waiter! He gets down so he can hear the little ones. Great customer service and a great personality!

Excellent food as always. Would help if they were to add gluten free items to the menu.
