This may be the most "beige" steakhouse I have ever visited. If you like average food, in an average setting, with slightly longer-than-average wait times and slightly lower-than-average service, this is right up your alley. My dissatisfaction stems largely from a disproportionate cost-to-value ratio. Were the cost a bit lower, I might be less objectionable to the quality; were the quality more in line with the price, I'd happily pay it. As neither of these is the case, I'm going to consider it unlikely that I will return.

One of my family's worst dining experiences ever. To say service was slow would be a gross understatement. It took the waitress 20 minutes to get our drink order and things just went downhill from there. We were puzzled why service was that slow when they only had 10 tables occupied. My son was going to order their wings on their feature menu but wad told they were out of them. My grandfather was going to order the Prime rib burger but they were out of prime rib. My youngest son ordered his Flo's fillet medium rare but was clearly served a rare fillet. I asked to speak to the manager. When I mentioned them being out of wings and prime rib, the manager said it takes awhile to cook those items and they were working on it because prime rib takes 5 hours to cook. It was 1:00 when were there and I don't understand why a restaurant already opened for business for 2 hours doesn't have items offered on their menu ready to order. When I complained about my son's fillet, the manager offered to "put it back on the grill". We declined and I told her the steak would not be the same after cut. Needless to say, a $125.00 lunch for 5 was excessively outrageous for the quality of service and food we received.

It was excellent. Service was fantastic! Glen was our waiter and he was awesome! Food was exceptional!

The crew at Long horns is amazing. Always down for a hard time and fun criticism. The owner Matt is a fantastic individual who values his customers and employee's. I'm telling you... go to Long Horns. It's seriously one of the best in Aiken. Tell the bartenders James sent you.
