If you're looking for an upscale Hair Studio this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and they all have great personalities. The shop has its own personality, combining classical Barber Shop attitudes and feel with modern professionalism. They keep the place impeccably clean and it is professionally decorated. One of the shops greatest features is its full brick wall that provides a very cool element to the environment. Everyone is trained very well so don't go expecting budget cuts. It's more on the pricey side but the prices are fair for the quality of work. I've never had or seen a bad cut

What I really love about Danielle is that she listens and is a great communicator, and thus styles my hair knowing MY style and MY lifestyle. That said, I just blew out my hair the way she showed me to , with the product she recommended, and I Look Fabulous!!! Original post: Kuddos to Danielle and Mario for showing me the light - good shampoo and conditioner, and regular cuts does make a difference. I'm a professional artist and college art instructor familiar with color,, and Danielle has proved that she KNOWS color. An added plus to Craft salon is that everyone is super friendly, authentic -- you will never meet a smarter and more fun group that knows how to put the love in it!! Thanks Craft!

Mario and his crew know what they’re doing, consistently deliver good cuts for my kid and me. We are both male BTW. It’s very much a NY of SF style studio, not too pretentious, but the prices are in line with high quality good care in NM. Thanks Mario!

Didn't want to go brown or dark till the fall and that's what I got. At one point I did hear the assistant mention that that color might be too dark for me but the stylist insisted it would be fine and more transparent. I was pretty much bleach blonde when I went in and the color I wanted should have been easy to accomplish. I was told to sit out in the sun and wash my hair a lot to lighten it. Why should I do that after paying $200 just for a full color and cut. That defeats the purpose of me not wanting to continue with my blond hair so that I can restore my hair back to its health. I did ask for at least half of my money back but got no response. I now have to go somewhere else and damage my hair to lighten it to the color I had requested originally. I did give 2 stars instead of 1 because Leah was sweet and when I went in prior to that day she did a good job on my roots. Just an honest review.
