I had Nicole do my hair. I asked for my roots to be retouched and more blonde highlights added. Instead my roots we're not addressed and more highlight s were added to just the front of my face. I was disappointed when I got home so I called asking for a fix. The second time I wanted to focus on my roots. Instead of matching my roots to my blonde hair color she did a color block which somewhat blended the colors but did not match. I was charged again and sent home looking basically the same. I'm new to color but I knew what I wanted and never got what I asked for. Not sure if it was because she sensed I wouldn't know the difference and wanted to take less time on me to receive other customers. Each time I went she was rotating me with another customer. Other stylist at other salon knew what I was asking for. Easy enough. Not sure why the communication barrier was so strong at sublime.

So I decided to get my hair colored for football season. I do it every year but this is the first i have gone to a salon. The worst experience EVER!!!!! The people there are really nice. I had Yolanda cut and color my hair. Well to make a long story short she RUINED my hair. I wanted Orange and blue and the blue was the wrong color and I have no Orange in it at all. I have blonde,green, a nasty ass blue. I am so frustrated cause it's been 2 weeks and the dye is still coming out and stained my shower floor. The most frustrating thing about this is she told me " I tried to cut corners but it didn't work out". Wait what did you just say!! You cut corners with somebody's hair. Not your hair but but mine. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO ANOTHER SALON TO GET MY HAIR DONE!! ESPECIALLY SUBLIME!!!! To have to deal with the colors that I have it's ridiculous!!! Worst experience EVER!!!

Arlene Faircloth was very professional and kindly squeezed me in on a busy day. The salon itself is clean and very nicely designed. All the stylists and customers seemed happy. A very positive and relaxing atmosphere.

Amy has been doing my hair for 20 years or so and I live in Corrales, I will follow Amy wherever she goes! This is the ONLY place to go. And the review from Garland 50, sorry my tablet won't print it correctly, is totally wrong, even my tablet knows a falsehood when it sees it.

I have been getting my hair cut and colored at Sublime for over 7 years, and always recieve compliments on my hair!  Amy is a not only wonderful at giving me a fabulous hair cut, but is also a master colorist.....truly an artist when it comes to getting a gorgeous color.  The salon is modern and clean without being cold, and has a great product selection for beauty product junkies like myself!  The other stylists are also super talented, warm and friendly.....there is definitely a sister-vibe going on at this salon!  Bottom line.....if you want to look great and feel great, make yourself an appointment!
